See you tomorrow in Prague


Just a reminder that PragueCrunch V is tomorrow and it will be a blast.

We’re holding PragueCrunch V tomorrow, July 13, 2017, at Riegrovy Sady Beer Garden. We start at 6pm. You can RSVP here. We’ll have free Kozel and Gambrinus beer all night and traditional Czech pub food for purchase at the venue.

Startups will have 90 seconds to pitch with about 90 seconds of questions from judges. The startups we’ll be meeting are Besify, Adelphoi, Virtub, Cryptelo, HTMLWasher, Jollylook, HikeBud and Etho. Uvidíme se brzy!

We’re holding a micro meet-up tomorrow in Warsaw. We’ll be holding it at Campus Warsaw, 33C Ząbkowska, 03-736 Warszawa, Poland. The fun starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm with some after-event drinks nearby. Much merriment will be had.

Just in time for Disrupt SF I’d like to invite you all to a micro meet-up in Warsaw on July 4. We’ll be holding it at Campus Warsaw, 33C Ząbkowska, 03-736 Warszawa, Poland. The fun starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm with some after-event drinks nearby.

The winner of the pitch-off will get a table at Disrupt SF and the second-place winner will get two tickets to Disrupt SF. There are no slides, but you can demo hardware if you have it. Each company will have two minutes to pitch and two minutes of questions from our expert judges.

If you’d like to pitch you can submit your startup here and I’ll pick 10 companies to pitch. If you don’t hear from us a week before the event you weren’t chosen.

Founder’s Corner: Wealthfront’s Andy Rachleff on growing a business


 

Omidyar Network’s Emerging Tech team has launched the second season of its podcast, Founder’s Corner, with lessons from today’s premier founders and CEOs. We will be speaking with some of the top executives in tech.
