Your home holds the most valuable things in your life, so make sure it’s protected with a security system. A camera security system gives you peace of mind as it deters break-ins and allows you to visually monitor what’s happening around your home.

Start protecting your home with the Blink XT Home Security camera system, on sale for up to 40% off at Amazon. (The price you pay depends on the number of cameras you want.)

Blink XT cameras are weatherproof and work for both indoor and outdoor protection. They have a built-in motion sensor alarm that alerts your smartphone and records a short clip of the triggering event.

Don’t worry about the cameras dying on you — they come powered by a two-year Lithium battery. They’re easy to install and data is sent from the cameras to cloud storage or your phone via WiFi. You can view the recorded footage from motion detection or watch live HD video and audio streaming.

You have the option to purchase a one, two, three, or five camera system from Blink. The one camera Blink XT system is on sale for $79.99, a savings of $50.

A lot of us pet owners see our furry counterparts as more than just pets — they’re basically our children. And what kind of pet-parents are we if we don’t have eyes on them for the majority of the day? If you have to hold back tears every time you leave your pet at home to go to your day job, we have a product that’ll ease the pain and guilt.

The Petcube Bites Pet Camera and Treat Dispenser is currently $44 off on Amazon and is the perfect device to score you the coveted “pet-parent of the year” award. Usually retailing for $249, you can grab one of these for just $204.99.

The Petcube camera can be placed pretty much anywhere in your home — display it on an end table or even mount it on the wall. Using the Petcube app on your mobile phone, you can monitor what your tiny (or large) companion is doing 24/7. It comes equipped with a 138-degree wide angle lens, 3x zoom, night vision, and 1080p streaming. The app also includes optional sound and motion alerts, as well as two-way audio so you can pop in and say “hello” every now and then. The best part? The Petcube can dispense small treats for your pet whenever you tell it to do so — they’ll never want to leave the Petcube’s side.

Whether you use a monitor for gaming, editing photos, or just doing work, it doesn’t hurt to treat yourself to an upgrade. Best to do so when you can take advantage of some awesome sale prices.

We found six monitors on sale this weekend, ranging in size and price. As you’re looking, keep in mind the refresh rate, screen size, and display technology.

Check out our top picks for monitors on sale this weekend:

This monitor has a 75Hz refresh rate, which means it’s awesome for gaming. The 27-inch in-plane switching (IPS) display shows accurate colors and good contrast, making images pop. Plus, you can view the screen at virtually any angle without problem. At $150, this is a pretty good deal for a monitor this size.

If you find yourself squinting at your computer screen, upgrade to this large 32-inch monitor from Dell. The screen produces a beautiful full HD resolution with consistent and rich colors. IPS technology lets you see the vibrant screen from any angle. Originally priced at $299 but on sale for $164, this is one of the lowest prices you’ll find for a 32-inch monitor.

A fast refresh rate is essential for gamers so the display keeps up with your gaming rig, and this Acer monitor is stellar with a 144Hz refresh rate. The monitor sits on a stand with adjustable height, pivot, swivel, and tilt, so you can move it to fit your comfort. This 24-inch Acer monitor is on sale for $179.99 at Amazon, down from its original price of $199.99.

Working within multiple windows requires a large display and this 32-inch monitor is a great option. The Quad-HD display allows you to easily manage side-by-side windows and documents. This LG monitor packs a lot of value for costing less than $300 — including FreeSync for gaming and fast motion and IPS Display for better viewing angles, contrast, and colors. Marked down from $349.99, you’ll be saving $70 with this deal at the PCMag Shop.

Dell’s beefy curved monitor creates the panoramic experience of having two 27-inch monitors with no middle bezel to get in the way. This monitor is a dream for multitasking thanks to the extra wide display and you can view content from two different PC sources with the monitor’s picture-by-picture feature. The large screen may seem overwhelming, but you’re able to arrange applications and content so they’re organized where you want them. Just imagine playing games on this thing, too. Regularly $1,699.99, you can get this massive Dell monitor for $1,349.99 and save $350.

Apple users, this monitor is for you — you’re able to plug in your display without having to buy extra adapters. You get superb color with a 99% sRGB color gamut and the IPS monitor is factory calibrated for accuracy. The bezels are thin, so you get a near-edgeless screen. Plus, the Lenovo monitor comes with a stand with adjustable lift, tilt, pivot, and swivel. Originally priced at $369 and marked down to $275.99, use coupon code MONITOREXTRA10 to get this monitor for just $248.10.
